What happened
EE informed me that he had a sprained ankle. He did not state that he had sprained his ankle after clocking into work it sounded matter of fact and that he was upset that he was having to walk to the other side of the ramp for his spot. I was called by the MOD to dig deeper. Once I questioned EE further he indicated that he could power through the rest of his shift. So his pain wouldn 't get worse I had the dispatcher adjust the schedule so EE could do an EIR and get his L&I report started.
