Left wrist laceration and hairline fracture at wrist. Employee Opened door on machine inserted bypass key at attempted to align a photo eye with the machine running. The machine cycled when a basket entered into the machine causing lift carriage to come down on his wrist. Employee came up to see supervisor at which time [REDACTED] was contacted and it was recommended to call EMS. [REDACTED] came and evaluated the employee and recommended that he go to the emergency room for further evaluation and treatment.
