Employee was opening up the back doors to his camera truck.
What happened
A camera pole had come dislodged from it 's holder in the back of the camera truck. When the employee opened the back door of the camera truck the camera pole fell through the open doors and struck the employee in the forehead causing a superficial laceration to the forehead. Glue was applied when the employee when to ER to have the laceration cleaned.
