EE was working on the third floor of the adult detention Center when there was a code Yellow (officer distress) call on the 1st floor. The EE along with others responded to the code via stairwell.

while descending the stairs the EE felt. a pain in their Right Knee (described as dislocated). Another employee assisted the EE to the floor where they waited for assistance.

the EE was evacuated via ambulance to the St Francis Emergency Dept. where they were diagnosed with a dislocated Patella of the right knee
