Before the incident
EE was working on the third floor of the adult detention Center when there was a code Yellow (officer distress) call on the 1st floor. The EE along with others responded to the code via stairwell.
What happened
while descending the stairs the EE felt. a pain in their Right Knee (described as dislocated). Another employee assisted the EE to the floor where they waited for assistance.
