Before the incident
Downloading bags from the AC
What happened
While downloading bags from the forward pit of the aircraft EE went to pull a bag that was heavier than I anticipated. It was also stuck between other bags. EE was squatting inside the pit when She was pulling the bag it was stuck between 2 other bags. The bag gave way hit my knee. She tweaked her knee the bag fell on my foot she fell on my rear end. After completing the download after exiting the pit and climbing down the belt loader EE felt her back tighten up. What should be done is before pulling a bag blindly the should be a tug test so we can better guess the weight of the bag and move the bag accordingly.
