What happened
During the upload of [REDACTED] went to readjust some bags and her hand slipped while pushing one causing her to jam her right thumb in the wall of the cargo pit. At the end of her shift she noticed some slight swelling and took some ibuprofen thinking it wouldn 't be an issue the next day. Shortly after she started her shift today was when she notified me about the incident and that the swelling did not get any better and the pain in fact had increased. I connected her with Sedgwick and they recommended she go to Urgent Care just to make sure a fracture didn 't occur
