Employee had been given multiple international flights where bags are consistently not marked heavy when they are indeed well past 50lbs.
What happened
Observed agent limping on the ramp not able to move well. When asked what happen he stated when he was shuffling some of the heavier baggage he noticed a big increase in pain. Agent stated they would not need EMS. GIR was filed. Agent returned today [REDACTED] still heavily limping and was advised to contact [REDACTED] and go get evaluated.
