Before the incident
He was downloading the aircraft when he got a call for an aisle chair.
What happened
EE went up to help with an aisle chair. The PAX was on the heavier side and only needed a wheelchair at the top. EE tried to be helpful and use the aisle chair to bring the passenger down. As he was going down backward he felt the need to readjust and tried to set the brake on the aisle chair however the brake was not working and EE was slammed into one of the railings of the boarding ramp.
