Before the incident
Employee was trying to move around a baggage cart in order to effectively pick up his next tracc.
What happened
RAC agent was moving a cart around and when he went to set the lock it would not hold and in turn fell onto his foot. After the tongue fell from not setting agent tagged out the cart and then came into the breakroom. Once in the breakroom his foot started to feel more and more worse at which time he removed his shoe to see it cut swollen and bruised.
