Employee worked regular shift and then started working the shift he picked up from another agent.

Agent was pushing the portable water cart on his left hand and right hand was on the rail. While pushing the cart back his right foot slipped while holding on the yellow handle he landed the yellow handle of the cart which impacted his left side upper ribs. When he got up he had some pain on his left side. It occurred on the ramp of [REDACTED] Q16 at [REDACTED]. There was heavy rain and the ground was wet.
