What happened
Associate alleges A Liver biopsy was completed. The inner stylet of the co-axial needle was on the sterile drape. I did not see that the needle was still sitting on the drape. After the procedure was completed I went to roll up the drape and throw it out in the garbage. The tip of the needle pierced the drape and stuck my hand.
