Before the incident
EE was driving order picker [REDACTED] (engine first) from D Bldg. into C Bldg. transporting two seals and a ring on their picker box.
What happened
PIV vibration caused hardware to bounce around and slide off picker box surface towards EE. EE reached behind with left arm to stabilize hardware with left hand and felt a pop in left shoulder during process. Pain ensued and persisted. EE reported incident to supervisor.
