Before the incident
EE was dropping a spares order they had just picked. This requires EE to transfer hardware from their picker box to an adjacent pack station.
What happened
EE parked their order picker [REDACTED] parallel to pack station to unload spares hardware. EE was transferring hardware from picker box to pack station table on their right. With a handful of parts EE stepped off order picker with right foot followed by left foot. When left foot touched floor EE felt painful pop in left knee. EE buckled but did not fall to ground. Pain persisted followed by swelling in left knee. EE reported injury immediately following incident.
