Before the incident

I was walking up the outside stairs into the dipatch traffic office. As I was walking up the steps I tripped to break my fall I grabbed the railing and felt a painful pull in my right shoulder. I also twisted my left knee and hit my back up against the door as I sat down on the top of the stairs.
