What happened
pt came out the room swinging hands with a closed fist trying to hit us and I tried to secure the patients right arm and hand to stop them from punching other staff and myself. As I was securing right side me and patient fell to the ground with my whole left side of my body hitting the wall and floor. [REDACTED] and today i have been experencinfg pain because of the fall.
