What happened
Patient WAS SITTING IN THE SOLARIUM ROOM AND WHILE SITTING IN THE CHAIR. EE was standing on the side of PT with another patient doing the patient hair. Patient HIT EE in the middle of the back and then patient went over to attack another patient and I another staff had to grab PT hand. I then went over to assist and restrain patient. PT then grabbed my alarm and threw it and the other staff was able to grab and press emergency bottom. The alarm seemed liked it wasn 't working so I got it and pushed it again while holding patient down until help came. Security then came to assist the attack. Patient was trying to get up to attack again.
