What happened
When [REDACTED] was on the left side of the rack trying to find the part someone requested lifting the pipes off the shelf to get a better view. When a 90 degree angle pipe slid towards him from the pile and landed on the floor upright. The fall of the PVC conduit elbow pipe did not hit him directly but because it bounced from the ground it hit him on the right side of his forehead.
