Before the incident
Employee #[REDACTED] and #2 were standing in [REDACTED] area next to a T bar handle that moves a window hold down up and down. The T bar handle was moved into a position that was at the same height as Employee #[REDACTED]s head and face. Employee #2 reached up and activated a switch that sets the hold down in place. When the switch was activated the handle jerked toward Employee #[REDACTED] and struck them in the left side of the face near the eye and temple. Employee #[REDACTED] turned and walked away and then reported the incident. At first the EE did not want to seek any treatment. [REDACTED] EE changed mind and wanted to be checked out.
