Before the incident
EE walked up to look at some window frames that were standing up in the WIP area between the continuous table and A-Frame and two of the single hung window frames fell and hit her in the face head. Employee #[REDACTED] pulled some windows out of the WIP staging racks while looking for a specific window and leaned them on the edge of the rack just prior to EE walking up. Employee #[REDACTED] did not put windows back in WIP rack prior to walking off and the windows fell hitting the EE. EE maintained footing and windows were lifted off. EE was assisted over to sit in a chair while group manager was contacted. EMS was called
