An employee was manually pulling a ram can closer to the tow tractor so he could back up to the hitch. The employee didn 't notice the front wheel was turned outward before pulling the ram can. While pulling the wheel went over the top of his steel toed boot putting pressure on his pinky toe and the one next to it.
