The employee stepped in what she thought was water and it ended up being corn syrup this caused her to slip and twist her back causing pain to her lower back on the left side. When she puts weight on her left leg it burns in her leg and lower back. This happened in front of a couple employee 's and is on camera she believes. Employee states she would like to still work. Employee given an ice pack for her back.
