A team member was spraying water into a stainless steel vat for approximately 6 minutes to clean it. The team member then placed the manual vat dumper under the vat and was attempting to tip the vat dumper with the stainless vat backwards to remove the water. The team member felt a pain like a charley-horse in his right leg hamstring. Using the manual dumper requires the user to stand on a bar and pull back to tip the vat over after cleaning to remove the water.
