Before the incident
The team member was exiting the upstairs cafeteria 's western entrance headed towards the stairwell.
What happened
The employee 's right hand was full of their personal effects. When they reached the top of the stairs about to descend they transferred their held items to their left hand. As they began their descent they reached for the handrail and slipped on the top step in the same moment. The Team member landed on their buttocks and did not go any further down the stairs. During the commotion the employee believes she landed on her finger in an unknown way.
