While performing the list pick function on Friday August 8 2025 associate experienced pain and discomfort in her neck and upper shoulder area. On Monday August 11 2025 while performing the pallet pick function the associate experience a pop in her neck and immediately felt increased pain in the area as well as dizziness. She reported the work injury on Monday August 11 2025 at 7:00 am. Medical treatment was sought and administered.
