During cutting activities injured employee was cutting piece AU-1322 while bent over. In the process of readjusting torch hoses employee turned and suffered pain in lower back. Injured employee was transported to Express Occupational Medical Clinic for medical evaluation. Employee received restrictions and provided with prescription medications thus making this incident and OSHA Recordable. SMS accommodated injured employee with light duty activities in accordance with restrictions.
