EE was dumping a cart of trash into the compactor.

While the EE was dumping the cart it began to fall in. EE tried to stop it from falling and place their right foot on the compactors stop lip. The cart continued to fall into the compactor falling on and pinching the EE two smallest toes on their right foot.

EE suffered 6 stiches and a broken pinky toe along with a hairline fracture to the toe closest o the pinky toe on their right foot.
