What happened
IT installed a new printer on the floor which required cables to be run between two machines. The initial tape used to secure the cables began to come loose posing a potential safety and operational concern. The agent asked if the cables could be secured more strongly and mentioned she had tripped but did not indicate an injury. I immediately called for the tape to be fixed.
