Employee was at her desk before event occurred. Walked into restroom on baggage level where event occurred.
What happened
On this day I was shadowing EE in Employee Services. EE excused herself to go to the restroom. Upon her arrival back at her desk she explained that she had hurt her back due to slipping on the wet floor in the bathroom. She explained that she slipped but caught herself from falling to the floor. In trying to prevent herself from falling to the floor she tweaked her back. EE throughout the day was in pain in her back.
