What happened
EE complains of pain to his lower left portion of back while lifting boxes that had fallen over while in transport.EE states while at his final stop EE observed that a stack of boxes had fallen off a pallet in Zone 3 of the trailer. As store employees began lifting the boxes the EE decided to assist. After lifting three to four boxes the EE began experiencing pain in the lower left side of his back just above the beltline. As the symptoms persisted the EE sought treatment on [REDACTED] at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center with Dr. [REDACTED] DO. The EE was placed on work restrictions and referred to orthopedic surgeon Dr. [REDACTED].
