Employee states he hurt his Right arm on final push. Piece was left behind by previous contractor. Medic assessed and treated as First Aid with instruction for further First Aid treatment and rest. By [REDACTED] worker reported no improvement. on [REDACTED] worker underwent imaging that showed a full tear to a bicep tendon; employee referred to orthopedic surgeon.
