On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Turner laborer [REDACTED] with Turner Construction Company was replacing a 5-inch floor scraper blade when the blade went through the laborer?s underrated cut level glove and lacerated his left thumb. ?The laborer immediately reported to the Onsite Medic Office. ?The Onsite Medic assessed and treated?the injury. After consulting with Dr. [REDACTED] the laborer was transported by Turner [REDACTED] to Concentra Urgent Care located at the [REDACTED]. Mr. [REDACTED] received 4 stitches for the laceration. The laborer will follow-up with the Onsite Medic upon return. ?
