Before the incident
She was preparing to add Vindaloo sauce to a dish she was preparing. The sauce was contained in a sealed plastic bag.
What happened
[REDACTED] took a large kitchen knife in her right hand and swiped at the top of the bag of sauce to open it which she was holding with her left hand. She missed cutting the bag and hit the tip of her left index finger almost severing the entire tip off. She also cut her second finger.
