What happened
A Turner employee was working in the cell house using a 2x4x8 wood board to assist guiding a cell into place. The cell was lowered into position using an overhead crane operated by the client. As the cell was being lowered the crew noticed an issue and signaled the crane operator to stop. After discussion the operator resumed lowering the cell at this point the IE 's right hand was caught between the 2x4 and the cell resulting in a laceration requiring sutures with fracture on the fourth digit finger.
