Before the incident
Walking through the [REDACTED] CIP room to collect a sanitization CIP sample for titration
What happened
EE came to me and said the CIP room smelled like acid. I went to the room. The doors were open and the smell was coming from the walk way by the totes and in front of the eye wash station. Video showed that as EE was walking toward the door way and past the totes she had a reaction to the environment and sprinted out of the room. [REDACTED] EE told me she was having issues with her chest. She said she was leaving and going to the ER. I asked her if it was from the chemicals she said she didnt know. But she was not feeling good. So I let her go home. I should have reported it right away.
