Lifting a glass lite from inside the conveyor to place on the spacer located on the outside conveyor

EE was working as an Inside [REDACTED] when he noticed that the Butterfly didn 't function properly so he manually backed up the lite on the rollers behind him and picked it up with his hands to move it and position it on the lite spacer and grid on the outside of the table. As he moved the lite from his right side to his left the lite brushed his neck causing a laceration to his neck behind his left ear.
