Loading glass from a harp cart to the washer on Intercept Line 1

2nd shift washer feeder was pulling a piece of glass from the cart and while turning to put it on the washer bed the glass broke and the upper part of the glass fell onto his left wrist resulting in a deep laceration. Pictures were taken and it was captured on video. The pictures revealed that he was not properly wearing his PPE; he had the thumb hook outside of his glove causing the sleeve to ride up and expose his wrist.
