When installing a floor expansion joint employee was laying in the prone position to drill holes into the floor extrusion.
What happened
Whilst the employee was drilling a nearby floor plate - that had been leaned up against the wall by others adjacent to the employee 's position was jostled and fell over striking said employee on their head.
