What happened
Primary slitter techs were emptying out a small dumpster buggy into the open top dumpster using a forklift. One of the techs was unlatching the dumpster so it would tilt forward into the open top. The techs hand was caught by the chain attached to the dumpster and caused a cut to the right palm of his hand. First aid bandage was applied to the wound and the safety coordinator was called to take tech to the ER.
