EE was walking to retrieve material and passed a pallet of materials which had a piece of wood sticking out on the floor. EE tripped on wood and fell forward and broke his fall with his hands. EE stumbled forward and landed on his knees and hands; EE insisted he was ok and did not need medical treatment. There were no visible signs of an injury.; EE declined treatment on day of incident. EE initially went to SC Health on [REDACTED] where they discovered he had a fractured rib. EE then was sent to to Occ Med clinic [REDACTED] ([REDACTED]) to confirm he had a fractured rib.
