What happened
EE had bumped a protective post with the stand-up forklift triggering the bump alarm. He proceeded to move the lift out of the main aisle to park it and get a supervisor to clear reset the alarm. Per a statement to 2 Value Stream & EHS Managers while waiting for the ambulance he stated that he had jumped off the forklift and it kept coming. He never made clear the reason for jumping off the forklift.
