Helping a teammate on a lift truck move stock
What happened
teammate was assisting another teammate who was on a lift truck lifting bar drops stock from two small blue racks. As the stock was being lifted by the lift truck the stock became caught stuck on a lip on the racks. Teammate not on the the lift truck reached down with his right hand to free the bars. When the bars were freed the bars pinched his right hand index finger between the bars and a lip on the racks causing a laceration to his right hand index fingertip.
