What happened
TM had no water at their induction heater. Employee was trying to follow water line source to locate a shut off valve. While tracing the water lines to the outside of the building the TM noticed they went along a small roof. The TM decided to climb and stand on top of the retaining wall near the roof in order to locate the water lines. After tracing the lines along the roof the TM went into a squat position. Then jumped off the wall from a squat and let his legs take toll from the jump. The TM felt a pop in his left knee and hobbled a bit after it happened. He reported it to a local manager right away.
