Employee was rinsing out mop bucket in the janitor storage closet and the mixture of Ecolab Wash N Walk and water splashed in their eyes The employee came to me and informed me of the incident and that their eyes were burning I had the employee wash their eyes at the eyewash station for 1520 minutes The employee told me their eyes continue to burn so I called [REDACTED] Employee told [REDACTED] that their eyes were itching and that that they have allergies They informed [REDACTED] that they were not experiencing blurriness or loss of vision Employee wanted to seek medical treatment
