Before the incident
EE was putting away the Welcome Flags at [REDACTED] between gem panning and the rock wall working on the task alongside other EE Other employee was moving to the next flag to take down while EE was putting on the safety cone When finished EE went to walk further not noticing that the end of one of the flag poles that were held by the other employee was positioned between their legs EE stepped forward locking the pole into place between their two legs causing EE to fall forward without the ability to step forward EE fell forward onto the concrete EE put her arms out to brace for the fall EE fell 3 feet forward to the ground EE hit her left knee causing a scrape and right wrist causing pain when moving her wrist up EE called patrol for first aid and was told to monitor if pain is still present in a couple of hours they should go to seek medical care
