EE stated that he was skiing through [REDACTED] fairly fast and went off of a roller and he caught his ski tips He fell forward to the flats landing onto his right shoulder and neck EE stood up collected his gear and skied to the lift On the chair lift he could not remember the event He walked into the patrol shack at the top of Chair 6 and told fellow patrollers that he had fallen The patrollers notified their foreman who notified management
