AGM at [REDACTED] messaged my director and I at [REDACTED] asking if they could delay their opening because the injured EE was being tended to by medics this was the first we had heard about the incident The injured EE messaged me at [REDACTED] saying he had fallen and was being taken to the hospital I spoke to the fire department and they let me know that they responded to a call found the EE laying on the floor at the base of the stairs by the soda station and that he had lumbar pain rib pain head pain The EE was being loaded into the ambulance when I arrived but I wasnt able to speak to him I asked the staff if they had seen the incident and nobody had The EE who was right next to the injured EE said his back was turned when the incident occurred I sent the Acknowledgment and DWC1 with the [REDACTED] cousin who was going to [REDACTED] ER Updated 3625 EE was snow blowing outside and went into the dish pit area around [REDACTED] to grab towels EE turned to walk back outside and fell A
