Before the incident
EE stated he was riding Chair 6 with another employee with a toboggan The toboggan was positioned in between them As they prepared to unload both parties grabbed the toboggan and stood up their tips got caught up As they attempted to make the turn towards the patrol shack the other employee was able to ski away As he did so he lost his grip on the toboggan and it swung downwards into the [REDACTED] left knee Then the EE fell onto his right with the toboggan on top of him EE tried to push the toboggan of himself but was unable to do so EE was in considerable pain The other employee came over and removed the toboggan EE immediately stood up and his left knee was in immense pain He grabbed his equipment and walked into the patrol shack EE exposed his knee and noticed bruising He then elevated the leg and applied ice to the knee and notified his manager
