EE was riding up the [REDACTED] lift in a lesson with the guest sat to her left Upon unloading the lift the guest veered to the right and collided with the EE There was an entanglement and they both fell over The chair continued to move through the station and hit the EE in the back of the head EE later said it felt like getting hit with a baseball bat The EE also recalls hitting the snow and coming to facing upwards Loss of memory and or unconsciousness may have occurred for a few seconds During the entanglement EE waved to the lift operator to stop the lift Edited after the event after speaking with the lift operator the lift operator hit a stop before the employee even started waving The lift took the normal amount of time to come to a stop
