EE was grabbing products from the freezer when they took a box from the left stack a French fry box shifted from the higher stack on the right fell hitting them on the head Ski Patrol checked EE out and sent them to Barre Hospital A CT scan showed everything is fine but EE is definitely sore They were told to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen as needed No restrictions or accommodations are needed at this time
