On [REDACTED] we had USF and Pepsi shipment Employee volunteered to help with both orders I stated to the team members helping with the orders again to please bend with your knees not with back no twisting Use the carts [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Employee stated they were sore tired I told her to not lift to take it easy at [REDACTED] she asked to go home early She did say while lifting the pepsi cases yesterday that she did do twisting motion [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Employee wanted to know if they could see urgent care on their own So submitted the incident Report and will send her to Clinic today to get it checked out
